In order to implement our software in the area of reporting, performance and risk attribution , we are looking for a Business analyst with a first or proven experience in an asset management or systems integration or a consulting company.

Your analytical and advisory capacities enable you to assist our customers at each stage of our product implementations:

Analyse user needs (fund managers, middle office, performance/risk teams, etc.)

Train and assist users with tools and methodologies

• External performance measurement (Sharpe ratios, tracking error, etc.)
• Calculations and validation of equities/balanced performance attribution (stock picking, asset allocation, currency, trading effects, etc.)
• Calculations and validation of fixed income attribution (spreads, swaps, duration, currencies, selection, etc.)
• Ex-ante and ex-post risk analysis

Conduct meetings with managers and reporting/performance heads and identify their requirements in terms of the development of the solution.

Help and train our customers to integrate our solution into their existing environment, by participating in other tasks in cooperation with our internal teams:

Research and Development

• Writing development specifications, plans and producing management reports
• Functional specifications
• Validation of new functionalities.

Pre-sales and Quality support

• Design of test scenarios
• Reception and preparation of proofs of concept (real portfolios over a determined period)
• Integration of data sets.

Profile:
With a degree in engineering or computer sciences and in banking/finance, you are in search of motivating assignments at international level.

Desired experience:

Performance attribution, reporting, market risk, Asset Management, middle office activities, financial data interfaces, mutual funds and depository accounting systems.

You are autonomous with good communication skills and are fluent in English.

Your perfect command of the project context, challenges and objectives will make you a hub of communication and coordination between all the teams.
