Our follow-up
Recognition and individual respect is at the centre of our commitment. Each collaborator is assisted as soon as he or she arrives. A welcome booklet, a training plan, a mentor and a review at the end of the trial period have all been set up. At the end of each year, an individual evaluation is carried out by each manager.

Several formal and informal meetings are held under the initiative of the Management and the colleagues themselves: 4th Quarterly Meetings, for information and exchange on the company’s activity and key processes. The Team Building weekend, held annually in a pleasant environment aims at promoting thinking, cohesion and exchanges among colleagues.
