Development methodology
Our R&D team uses the XP (Extreme Programming) methodology due to its many advantages in terms of quality assurance and responsiveness for the development of our products.
Testing is the focal point of software development
With XP, testing is not considered as a final stage in the project, but rather the first stage of development. XP allows the implementation of automated unit tests throughout the development cycle.
Working on short cycles
We work on rapid iterations – weekly cycles that allow a regular check of project progress and secure the product workload schedule.
Highly collaborative work
Internal work based on exchanges. Our teams work in pairs and we have daily “stand-up meetings.” In this way, the whole team is informed of project progress.
A workload schedule approach

Quality assurance
Quality is at the centre of our concerns. Quality is present throughout the development cycle and our team makes sure to:
validate new developments
carry out complex automated test scenarios at each version output
ensure version portability
R&D
BI-SAM has worked out a methodology with a team of experts bringing together competence from:
Academics: University professors
Professionals:
> Recognised experts: Managers, performance and reporting heads
> Feedback from our customers, as soon as our solutions have been set up.
These expert evaluations enable us to offer innovative approaches on complex subjects, but also to anticipate the needs of our customers/markets.
We work in close cooperation with our clients and prospects in a spirit of exchange, sharing and respect. We share opinions/ideas on proposals and developments of our products. As soon as we have reached a consensus, we can integrate the changes in the product workload schedule.
