Mission:
Leading this new Quality Assurance team and in close collaboration with our Research and Development, you will implement QA standards and procedures in order to guarantee the deliverables are faithful to the original technical and functional specifications; you will define the tests strategy. You will estimate the workload and plan the testing cycle; you will organize and manage the tests campaigns.
Very technical, you will contribute to execute the tests plans and to investigate defects found. You will set up and organize the validation technical platforms. Taking ownership for technical tests, you will make your best to implement as much as possible automated testing.
Your responsibilities will also include defining KPIs (key performance indicators) to give awareness about the quality of versions and the testing coverage. Eventually, you will take part in third level support and you will be in charge of installation and technical documentations.
Profile:
After your MSc, you have acquired a rock-solid experience of software quality assurance in financial markets, ideally in the area of asset management. You possess the following skills set: a good background in Linux/Unix and Windows as well as in Databases combined with a good command of scripting languages and SQL. Your technical English is fine.
