PARIS - January 20, 2010 - BI-SAM Technologies S.A., a leading provider of performance attribution and reporting software solutions for the global asset management industry, announced a series of actions increasing its presence in the Asian and Australian markets.

Firstly, BI-SAM Asia Ltd., the Asian subsidiary of the group, just moved its Hong Kong head office from the Citibank Plaza to the On Hing Building in the heart of Central.

Moreover, the subsidiary just appointed Matthew Baldwin as Business Development and Account Manager in Asia. Matthew has 21 years experience in the Asset Management software industry working with leading software companies including DST, Odyssey Financial Technologies, Milestone Group and Misys Asset Management Systems in various implementation and sales roles in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Joining BI-SAM in January this year Matthew will be based in Hong Kong and will lead BI-SAM's development in Asia.
"I am very pleased to be leading BI-SAM in Asia, we have a unique and timely offering for the Asian markets.  The combination of people, product functionality, service methodology and our loyal client base makes me very enthusiastic about the opportunities for BI-SAM Asia" commented Matthew.

BI-SAM has proven its ability to satisfy asset management companies in the region with clients in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, and is willing to expand its activities in these markets.
BI-SAM is also sponsoring 3rd Annual Investment Performance Analysis & Risk Management Asia conference, which will take place at the Kowloon Shangri La hotel in Hong Kong on February 3 & 4, 2010. Alexandre Harkous, BI-SAM's CEO, who will also represent the company at the IPARM conference, explained that "the expansion of BI-SAM in Asia is happening at the right time as the Asian markets are asking for more expertise in performance attribution and reporting tools. Hong Kong is the perfect starting point in the region due to its central location and the appointment of Matthew brings both strong financial software experience and very good knowledge of the Asian markets. On a more technical point of view, our software's ability to handle multiple languages such as Chinese and Japanese will make it very attractive in these markets."
