BI-SAM, a leading provider of performance measurement, attribution and client reporting solutions for the global investment management industry, today announced the appointment of Paul Beal as Director of Client Services UK & Northern Europe.
Paul brings over 20 years of experience in the Investment Management industry, the last 16 spent working with Software Vendors implementing strategic business solutions in Europe, Australia and as far afield as Kazakhstan. Paul most recently held the position of Managing Consultant at GoldenSource where he was responsible for managing Business Consultants implementing Enterprise Data Management Solutions in the EMEA region. Previously he held the position of Professional Services Manager at DST Global Solutions.
This integral role reflects BI-SAM’s rapid growth and recognition of the importance of existing client relationships. Paul will be responsible for managing the Client Services team, reviewing the quality of implementations and refining the process to ensure all projects delivered meet with client expectations. He will also work closely with the group Management team and other Client Services Directors to reinforce communication on global projects.
